BMW E36
Built to showcase the true capabilities of S5 Racing, this custom-built racing simulator features an accurate (almost mirroring) representation of the BMW E36.
Apart from the conventional racing simulator rigs, our skill set allows us to fabricate and create other types of simulators, such as this unique light aircraft simulator built for use in a flight school.
To accommodate its unconventional build, we had to fabricate the housings and enclosures for all of the flight gear, paying great attention to the proportions of an actual light aircraft to ensure accuracy so we can experience the closest flight simulator experience! Here are example setups:
For our customer Aeroviation, they requested for a customised setup so we gather all the information we need to build this Flight Simulator. From setting up the necessary equipment and measurements, to configuring the simulator for a realistic flight experience.
We plan on how to build the rig and start with measurements. We need to ensure that all of our pieces will fit together before constructing them. For example, if we’re building a racing simulator with a car seat, then we need to make sure that the seat fits properly into our frame. We also need to measure out any cables or other materials that need to be attached so that they fit perfectly with our design. The next step is ensuring that all of our components work together and fit properly within our frame. This could involve measuring all of the pieces that attach to our frame as well as running diagnostics tests for any electronics. Once everything is properly measured, all of the pieces can be put together and tested for functionality. From there it’s just a matter of adding any final touches like paint and logos before our customised racing simulator is ready for use.
We tested out flight simulator to make sure it was up to our expectations. With a few tweaks here and there, we were all set to enjoy our customised racing simulator. After making the necessary adjustments according to the measurements that had been taken, the next step was to test out the racing simulator. To ensure that everything worked as intended, several tests were conducted over a period of time.
We deploy the rig on the customer’s premises and ensure it is bolted down securely. This also allows for flexibility should they ever want to change its location. Furthermore, we double-check all cabling and wiring to ensure there are no issues with connectivity. Once this is done, our team will help train customers on how to use their new flight simulator and help them get comfortable with it. We also provide a range of support options should they have any queries or need any assistance. Finally, when customers are satisfied with their new customised flight simulator, we leave them to enjoy it and let their imaginations take flight.

Ital Auto – Driving Simulation Centre The request was simple – the folks at Ital Auto needed an eSports set-up that could accurately simulate real-world
